All of our packages are dispatched on the next working day, where possible, and are delivered by Royal Mail. Prices are as follows;

If you believe your item may be lost, please contact us immediately, but understand that the process for dealing with lost items takes a minimum of 21 days before they can be classified as lost by Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 1–5 working days (from date of posting) depending on your shipping choice.
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service and we're experienced in packing to provide your items with the proper protection while they make their journey.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for any reason. Buyer is to pay for all shipping costs for any returned item. Shipping is non-refundable for all returns.
Returns are not accepted for any reason after 14 days of receipt.
We ship everything in sturdy boxes, bubble wrapped and padded where need, such as pops and figures etc to make sure they arrived in top condition.
Sadly we can not always make sure that the couriers treat your parcels well, should an item arrived with minor dents or creases, we simply can not replace these, as it would be too expensive for either party, and we would of taken every care in protecting the item when it left us.
Please note: Chase variants are shipped at random. There is no guarantee of receiving a chase with purchase. All sales final; no returns or exchanges.
All returns will be credited to the payment method used to place the order. Any and all discount codes or member reward discounts are non refundable and cannot be reinstated following a return.

If the item you would like to order has Preorder in the product description, please read the following:
- If an item listed as a Preorder, this means that this item is not in our warehouse but will be arriving in the future.
- The estimated shipping date will be stated in the title of the item. Keep in mind that this is an estimate and subject to change.
- All preorders are charged when your order is placed. This will secure your items and preorders are shipped first when product arrives in the warehouse.
- If you order in stock and preorder items in the same order your order will ship once ALL items are in stock.
- Preorders are generally shipped the next business day after arriving in our warehouse.
- Exclusive limited editions, including Convention exclusives are sometimes subject to allocation by Funko, meaning that there is limited stock to go round and not all retailers will receive all items requested. If this occurs for a product we will highlight it in the product information but you shouldn't be put off ordering, if for any reason we are not allocated the stock we will give you a full refund.
